South Carolina?
I'd say California, mostly because it is large and geographically diverse.
NC
Obviously Oklahoma.
Is that a desert or some sort of wheat field in the last picture? I'm going to go with wheat and say New York.
I echo SC.
Washington State, probably to illustrate the climate range in the state from tropical to desert.
I cheated so I won't respond but I'm very, very surprised by the correct answer. I always assumed (answer) was more like Kansas, not Oz.
The tree definitely appears South West-ish along with the desert. I am going to go with OK as well. Although the foliage throws me a bit too. :)
That last picture is sand, not wheat!
Arkansas?
Arkansas
I gotta just take a stab and say it is OK since the previous post was "Oklahoma, Oklahoma".
I am going with Georgia.
Washington
I'm going to say Texas.
My guess is Georgia. I can't account for that last pic though.
North Carolina . Last Foto would be the Dunes on Outer Banks . Wonderful State . Fly fish for trout in mountains . Frolic on beach in Summer . BeautifulFall colors . Don't tell too many people .
Washington State!
The answer my friends is blowing in the wind that comes whistling down the range. All of these are from Oklahoma!
What do I win?I think I might have gone rappelling 20 years ago near that tree in the silhouette. There are some gorgeous canyons down by Lawton.
@Kevin Erdmann:The admiration of a grateful nation?Yes, the tree silhouette is from the Wichita Mountain
