Yeah, but it's a drawing of a photograph. Not that it's easy to do. It still takes skill and a lot of time, but high school students have been learning how to do it for a long time. Now, if he did this free hand without referencing a photo grid by grid, that would be extremely impressive, but I doubt that's how it happened.
More importantly, it has nothing on the "towel-armed manimal" Jesus fresco.
