I started with a macbook pro about 4 years ago (which I still have and it still runs perfectly fine). Now my wife has a macbook, we have a mac mini, two iphones, and a mac pro w/ 30" cinema display. :) They really do run incredibly well, with absolute minimal time investment for maintenance.

I so clearly remember Munger telling me so smugly and confidently that Apple was months away from going out of business.
