That woman has some real...uh...ovaries. In Russia, you can get shot at or chased with a matchete just for cutting of a driver in traffic. Those people are animals man.
In Brazil, scumbags get away with littering in front of people.
In Post-Soviet Russia, people litter scumbags and get away!
