The woman is Ann Coulter. The grave is "Tailgunner Joe's". She stands on the shoulders (or in this case, the coffin) of giants in her field.
Gads! Has this women no shame for the dead!!!! Tailgunner Joe would have pop her with a 100 cream pies if he knew the bitch was using him for her sleezly funded neo-con politicial agenda.
