Hmmm. The poor victim of piracy acknowledges that he steals other people's games, or at least used to before making this his business. Seems like the culture of that entire game developer community is to ignore (intellectual) property rights and steal whatever you want.
I’m not mad at you. When I was younger, downloading illegal copies was practically normal but this was mostly because global game distribution was in its infancy.
So... this guy was a pirate... became a software game developer... and got his product pirated.

There's another layer of irony here. 'Game Dev Tycoon' is apparently pretty much a direct copy of 'Game Dev Story' with better graphics.
