Hey Rafa Nadal is blogging!!

The funniest sentence I've read in a long time is in this post. Can you figure out which one?

Tyler sez WALL-E is too good for its own good.

Greg Mankiw apparently doesn't get out much.

Like Thomas Edison, this guy knows 10,000 things that don't make good pants!

The funniest sentence has gotta be that Caplan and Crampton have, "independently starting reading The Lord of the Rings aloud to [their] respective wives".

Which also answers the question "Why doesn't anyone listen to economists?" Answer: Economists are dorks.

Funny though, Crampton and I had the same take on Ariely's Predictably Irrational. My review from 5/6/08: "I find value in much of the book's content, because I think it helps the reader pursue more rational decisions. However, his conclusions illustrate a shallow understanding of economics and are offensive to anyone who believes in man's potential for competence."

I'm sure Mrs. Caplan and Mrs. Crampton only then realized the power of the "in sickness & in health" clause.
