But, it's Bob Barr, Lib Prez Candidate, 2008.

Wayne Allyn Root endorsed Barr, when it was clear Root could not win.

UPDATE: The play-by-play....Ruwart had a slight lead. Root's move was the key.

And, Barr had 60 votes just from the GA (his home state), VA, and CA delegations.
