I admire your flexibility, in taking on a new breakfast menu. Most people are extremely conservative on breakfast. I went to China, and tour members - folks who were happy to eat interesting new food for lunch and dinner - headed for the wheat flakes and fried eggs instead of the congee table for breakfast. Go figure. dave.s.
