No, but Duke football is. Surely, Paulus' utility is a weighted function of playing football and taking grad poli sci courses.

Ahem. Duke beat #1 ranked I-AA school James Madison 31-7 last year. Michigan didn't fare so well when it played #1 ranked I-AA Appalachian State, did it?
If it were Michigan State poli-sci, with its peculiarly strong Straussian influence, this would make a lot more sense.
Many star athletes would slap they mama for the chance to work with a Jerry Weinberger or an Arthur Melzer.
