Encouragement
I offered some "encouragement" to a grad student a while back. Same grad student made a poster. It is reproduced, verbatim, below.... Perhaps I should work on my "gradside manner..."
I've heard incredible things about this mas, I've heard he's the right man to encourage people to act and being proactive, I want to know more about him.m10m

I would like to order one of these for my home office. How much are they?
If you're not already, you should totally sell these. May I suggest a KPC online store?
Is this the appropriate time/place for me to post a picture of the t-shirt you made for me when I was a grad student?
I will make arrangements for sale, by all means.
AK: (or, should I say, "Trojan Boy"): yes.
It's now on my office wall...Even the black and white version prints well.

This is great! Even better than, "Shut up, I explained."
