Michael Jackson died.
We were exactly the same age. Now he is much older.
For some reason, this struck me as very sad. The most common words in his obits (I have read at least 10 now) are "increasingly odd" and "freakish."

It is sad. I'm sadder about Farrah Fawcett, though I realize this isn't a competition.
for some reason, I was utterly unaffected until I heard one of his songs.
Please spare a thought for some of the children that he most likely molested.
